Account Data

Your account's data will be stored indefinitely but will be irrevocably and immediately deleted should you choose to delete your account.

• If you do provide your email address, it can be used for contact in case of Terms of Use violations.
• Your account's username is used for identification and may appear on your pages and their URLs.
• Your account's password is salted and hashed and only used for authentication.

Cookies

When logged in, a cookie is stored on your device and sent to the server with every request. This cookie is solely used for authentication. There are no marketing or tracking cookies.

Logs

Logs are stored for up to two weeks on the servers of Raintank Inc., dba Grafana Labs as part of their Grafana Cloud service. These logs include:

• Your IP address and Port.
• The time you accessed a page.
• The complete URL of the page you accessed.
• Your User-Agent self-identification.
• The HTTP return code.

The logs are used to identify technical difficulties and attacks (such as Denial of Service and Brute Force), but may also be used for legal prosecution as per the Terms of Use.
